STARDUST Starring Star Dust (In Person)
A glitter-soaked tragicomedy from a fallen icon with nothing left to lose - except the will to perform, her accoutrements and possibly her marbles.
Star Dust is the diva you’ve never heard of, but will never forget. Once a shining star, her light has started to fade, flickering somewhere between celestial icon and cosmic catastrophe. But like a gold sprayed phoenix rising from the ashes, she’s invited us into her living room (salon, darling) for one, maybe final, orbit around the spotlight.
Expect 24-carat cabaret, glamour, a constellation of chaos, a confetti of catharsis, and a show-stopping finale of hope.
Kat McGarr’s ‘Stardust’ takes a story of grief and turns it into something absurd, camp, funny, profound... and golden. It’s a glittering love letter to loss.
This is a newly developed phase of the show supported by Arts Council England.
